Liquid earthenware glazes with excellent surface quality, general firing range between 1020°C to 1100°C
BOTZ offer a variety of glazes suited for various purposes, they are very robust ready made glazes for brush on application. They have extensive history and a lot of R&D has been invested over the years to produce broad firing consistency, giving you repeatable results time and time again.
Properties
- metallic gold colour - must be fired in oxidation for proper colouration
- glossy
- tends to run strongly
- only fire up to 1040°C
- tends to form cracks
