Garrity Tools Classroom Rib Set
The Garrity Tools Classroom Rib Set is designed for potters who are new to using ribs on the wheel, while remaining highly useful for experienced ceramicists. Each tool assists with different stages of the throwing process, including straightening cylinders, removing excess clay near the bat, shaping the interior of bowls, and forming a defined foot to simplify trimming.
To make teaching easier in studio and classroom environments, each rib has been given an instructive name. This allows teachers to quickly reference specific tools during demonstrations while helping students clearly understand the intended purpose of each rib.
